Construction Océ headquarters started
In the last week of September, the construction of the new Océ headquarters has begun by starting the foundation work. The preparations for this work started in April this year by making the land on which the new Océ headquarters will be built ready for construction.
Over the past few months, we have worked hard to install the construction site facilities, prepare and level out the site and to install the main power supplies for electricity and the sprinkler installation. The wells for cold and heat storage have also been drilled. These will be used for sustainable cooling and heating of our new headquarters.
At the moment a special machine is preparing the land for the installation of 500 foundation piles. These activities last until mid-November, followed by the construction of the ground floor.
